ADULT DANCE & YOGA CLASSES 

 

HIP HOP DANCE 

Fall/Spring 2019-2020, Tuesdays 7:00pm -8:00pm.

JPDC has the top Hip Hop and Funk Instructors. You will love the fun ADULT HIP HOP & Jazz classes that are packed with the hottest and latest moves while also working on body strength and awareness. Each class will begin with a warm-up, stretch, and fun combinations for all levels.

Cost is $45.00 for the month, or a drop-in rate of $15.00 per person, per class. Must have 3 adults committed per week in order to hold the class.

Jazz

Enjoy a dance stretch and dancing to fun music while incorporating jazz technique! Sessions will be scheduled based on interest.

 

YOGA - MIND * BODY * SOUL

Integrate the journey of personal growth through breath, yoga, and movement.  Will use music, breath, and movement to cultivate the ultimate goal of balance in one's life. Sessions will be scheduled based on interest.

BALLET

Stretch, strengthen, while you enjoy the basics of fun combinations and technique. Sessions will be scheduled based on interest.
